West Millbrook Community E-Mail

West Millbrook offers parents an opportunity to keep up-to-date on school-wide and team-specific happenings via e-mail announcements.

An e-mail list has been set up for every grade level team.   If you have more than one student at West Millbrook, we encourage you to sign-up on every team's mail list in the event that team specific mail is sent. Please understand that you will receive duplicates for any messages that are distributed to all team mail lists. Your e-mail subscription must be set up at the beginning of EACH new school year.

Housekeeping note:  It takes a few weeks at the beginning of each year to get the mail lists re-established.  Please review the website often until you begin receiving information through the mail lists.

Subscribe via E-mail

• Log-in to the e-mail account that you wish to subscribe.
• Address a new message to dwalters@wcpss.net.
• In the subject line type: SUBSCRIBE TO THE ________ TEAM E-MAIL LIST. (The team name of your student must be inserted in the blank for your request to be processed.)
• Please allow up to three school days for your request to be processed

To ensure that your spam blocker doesn't prevent you from receiving school messages, please add Ms. Smith's address (msmith21@wcpss.net), Mrs. Walters address (dwalters@wcpss.net), along with the addresses of your child's core teachers and grade level administrator to your "accept mail" list. You may access these addresses through the online staff directory: http://wmms.net/parents/staff_directory.htm

• Send an e-mail from the account that you wish to unsubscribe.
• Address your message to dwalters@wcpss.net.
• In the subject line type: UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE ________ TEAM E-MAIL LIST. (The team name of your student must be inserted in the blank for your request to be processed You can locate the team name in the subject line of each message sent to the community e-mail list.)
• Please allow up to three school days for your request to be processed.
