The Student/Parent Access Network (SPAN) is coming to West Millbrook during the fall of 2008. This Network will allow parents to log-on to a secure site to view you student's grades, schedule, attendance, and discipline referrals. In order to begin this transition, you will need to request a SPAN account. You may do this by completing one of two forms. To mail the form to the school or send it with your student, you will need to complete a notarized form. If you would like to hand deliver the form, you may present a valid picture ID to a staff member. Remember, there are two different forms depending on whether you will have your request notarized or hand-delivered with picture ID. Please be patient with this transition. There are many steps we have to complete before we can fully utilize SPAN. Our goal is to have SPAN functional by the first progress report date on September 26, 2008. Staff will be available to accept your SPAN request with ID during our student visitation on Thursday, August 21st.
