2007-2008 WMMS Cheerleading

 

*           Students must have the following paperwork including a current physical completed with all signatures.   Athletic Participation Form     Internet Release   Video Release

 

*           Tryouts will be held in the WMMS Gym.

 

o        August 28th-30th, 2007 (Tues., Wed. & Thurs.)

o       3:15-4:30pm

 

*           Paperwork is due at tryouts. 

 

*           Eligibility Requirements:

 

*    Shall not participate if he/she becomes 15 years of age on or before October 16

*    Insurance form completed

*    Medical examination each year (365 days) which has been signed by a duly licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant

*    Meet promotion requirements for the year in order to be eligible for fall semester

*    Passing grade in Language Arts

*    Passing grade in Mathematics

*    Passing grade in Science

*    Passing grade in Social Studies

*    Passing grade in 50% of remaining courses

*    No more than 14 total absences for previous semester
